Shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Returns Policy
You may return unopened, new CD’s and DVD’s for a refund to your credit card.  Purchases must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase date to be eligible for refund.  The amount of refund will be the purchase price minus shipping and a $2.00 restocking fee.

The refund to your credit card will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Items that are not returnable or refundable
DrAnnwellness.com does not accept returns of the following items:

3. Opened CD’s/DVD’s
4. Downloadable/Digital Products
